How to report a return

1. Pack items securely : Place items securely in their original packaging, making sure all parts and accessories are included.

2. Use our returns portal : Visit the following returns portal and follow the instructions to register your return and receive the return label.

3. Send the package : Take the package to the nearest post office or to a shipping service provider specified by us.

Refunds

• Return Inspection : Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
• Refund Process : If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
